Position/Job Title: OEM Sales Manager, China
Reporting to: General Manager of Sales
Working Location: Shenzhen
Seeking an aggressive, self-motivated sales manager to develop business in China and Asia, good interpersonal and communication skill are required.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop new OEM business in China and Asia for products made in company manufacturing facilities
2. Focus on market for products made by plastic and rubber/silicon material
3. Arrange customer visiting on manufacturing facilities and give presentation
4. Work with project team in the organization
5. Serve and communicate with customers on daily basis
6. Monitor the whole sales process, includes but not limited to products identifying, order following and coordination with relevant business units, etc to make sure products reached in client timely
7. Report on existing OEMs status, order forecast and quality complaints handling
8. Other assignments dominated by immediate supervisor
Requirements:
1. College graduate with background on sales, marketing, business administration or equivalent
2. Aggressive, self-motivated with a good attitude on team-work
3. Good planning, analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skill
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin
5. Minimum 3 years working experience in sales area
6. Minimum 2 years working experience in OEM domestic and/or export business
7. Preferably has working history in a multinational company
8. Knowledge and experience on the sanitary industry is a plus
