职位描述
Quality Director
Key Responsibilities:
1. The position will be in charge of Quality assurance and quality control service, Lab, ISO, Products certification and its team.
2. Build up and maintain Standard QOS (Quality Operating System) which including QA&QC standardized quality inspection and testing system.
3. Monitor and periodically review Quality Cost, and customer Concerns with Quality Team;
4. With manufacturing and sourcing teams, develop corrective action plans
5. Initiate and continuously improve work Plan of Zero -defects /zero accident, assure sufficiently communication.
6. Closely Pay Attention to Customer concerns, such as (not limited) Quality Claims, Delivery, with support to make sure all the concerns permanently closed timely and qualitatively.
7. Understanding customers' requirements and applications to be satisfied by our products which were built by our quality system in place.
8. To be responsible for internal audits (daily audits, monthly audits), check that all production areas are in compliance with the Product's standard and Customer's requirements,
9. To be responsible for controls of production records after production for quality aspect,
10. Manages external non conformities (coming from customers) and prepare customers' answers,
11. Leads preventive actions and controls the efficiency of all corrective actions (from internal audits, customers' audits),
12. Responsible for controlling unqualified products and making data analysis; coordinate with related departments to deal with quality problems; organize quality analysis meeting regularly, and make reports concerning quality.
13. Organize the annual ISO 9001 quality system examination issue.
14. Manage and improve lab and test relative issue; Experience with IAPMO, UPC and European testing standards.
15. Assist technical department in new products development and testing work, draft testing report.
16. Other temporarily tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in an applied science, material science or engineering field.
2. 5-10 years prior experience in Quality Control for manufacturing and Quality Assurance for OEM product manufacturer. With shower/plumbing products experience is preferential.
3. Good team spirit, good organization and able to manage a team,
4. Good communication to establish a good partnership between the company and customers, auditors, certification bodies
5. Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
6. Has work experience on shower products is preferential.
