Responsibilities:

The sales and marketing interns will be actively engaged in the development and execution of the sales and marketing strategies of Crown World Mobility and Crown Relocations. Some of the responsibilities will include market research & analysis, digital content production, securing customer and client feedback, delivering welcome baskets, representing Crown at networking and client events, system data mining, preparing marketing materials, building project databases, drafting internal and external announcements, and brainstorming and creative thinking towards developing and adjusting the sales and marketing strategy.
The sales and marketing interns will work within normal business hours, Monday through Friday. They will be stationed along side our residential and corporate sales teams in an open office environment.
The interns will need to learn about the relocation industry, the Shanghai relocation market, and understand the relocation process – from corporate/residential sale to pre-move preparation to move management to post-move/settling in.
The interns will need to understand the service scope delineation between the Crown World Mobility and Crown Relocations divisions.
Some projects the interns may work on include:
Establishing a database of corporate clients and transferees to include in announcement and event invites.
? Conducting a market analysis that yields industry specific targets for our sales and marketing efforts

Requirements and personal skills:
1. Preferred experience using Microsoft Office suite of programs, most notably Excel.
2. Ability to type.
3. Familiarity with Internet research.
4. Self-motivated individuals will take the most away from working with Crown.
5. Open-mindedness and creativeness are key, as this intern will be part of a growing and dynamic group of relocation professionals.
6. Junior student is preferred.

You will be able to gain:
1. The intern will learn what it’s like to work proactively with relative independence while being part of a team working towards common objectives.
2. The intern will have the opportunity to learn how to analyze data to make observations that inform business decisions.
3. The intern will learn how to use platforms and programs like WeChat and Excel as business tools.
4. The intern will learn about the relocation industry and the expat community in in the fast changing socioeconomic landscape of Shanghai and China.

We have shuttle bus near the metro/bus station in Baoshan/Putuo/JIngan/Minhang etc.
