职位描述：
岗位职责：
1） 市场调研，并协助公司制定销售战略目标；
2） 部门年度销售目标的制定与执行；（将经营指标进行分解，分解到季度、月度，分解到团队成员，形成《绩效目标责任书》，确保公司各项指标按计划完成；）
3） 有效控制部门费用，做好预算及收支管理；
4） 协助团队成员进行重点客户开发等工作，解决问题，提升客户满意度；
5） 员工培训与管理，本部门人员的任免，
6） 公司各项制度和流程的贯彻执行，部门管理制度的制定、监督、执行，公司企业文化的贯彻推广；
7） 协助其他部门，完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1) 爱岗敬业，忠诚守信；
2) 具有很强的领导力、判断与决策能力，优秀的语言组织和沟通协调能力，计划与执行能力；
3) 具备团队合作意识，良好的感召力和亲和力；
4) 工作积极主动，有激情，具备高度责任心，较强的学习及转化能力；
5) 市场敏锐度高，目标感强，敢于挑战，创新能力强，有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
6）3-5年以上 展会整体项目管理工作经验，其中担任3年或以上团队管理经验工作；
7）有三年以上展会整体项目管理工作经验，至少5个展览会或大中型商业活动以上的组织与管理工作经验；
8）企业管理、市场营销、国际贸易及会展类相关专业;
9）大学本科及以上学历，英语六级以上，良好的听说能力。
