AREA OF ACTIVITY DAILY OPERATION
Set up, optimize operations and documentation procedures.
Monitor daily operational issues. Supervise and work closely with subordinates for documentation and operations procedure compliance.
Review customer service requirement for service improvement
Revise SOP whenever necessary
Track the cargo after it leaves for destination and update to agency/customers.
Send pre-alert to client within the given time.
Input data in system accurately and timely, ensure all files are kept up-to-date, cost and sales are balanced
Minimize cost /sale pendings and report to supervisor timely if any shipment has abnormal margin.
Assist sales on their export files and feedback complaint or suggestion from client if any
Arrange export file in a neat way so that every file could be checked easily.
Good control of accounts receivables, ensure adherence to guidelines in relation to finance policies
Send monthly or weekly reports to Manager on time
AREA OF ACTIVITY COMMUNICATION WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL
? Liaise with carriers, vendors for service quality, efficiency. Maintain and further develop good relationships .
? Follow up internal rate enquiries and project management
? Negotiate with carriers, vendors for cost.
? Revise SOP whenever necessary
AREA OF ACTIVITY
? Good control of accounts receivables, ensure adherence to guidelines in relation to finance policies
? Send monthly or weekly reports to Manager on time
AREA OF ACTIVITY
? Checking performance of subordinates
? Design backup plan for the whole team
? Report any abnormal situation to direct Manager
? Follow up some complicated cases
? Identify the problems in existing process
