Position: HR and Admin Executive, location: Beijing

Job description
 
1. Handling calls and couriers, answering internal and external enquires
2. Responsible for recruitment for Beijing and shanghai office
3. Assisting with employee social security, work residence permit, work permit, commercial insurance and housing found
4. Assisting with company HR and Admin policy draft and announcement
5. Responsible for employee entry and departure, agreement renewal and internal files archive
6. Assisting with employee caring, team building and benefit plan
7. Internal departments coordination
8. Office inventory management
9. Other issues related to office daily operation
10. Other task assigned by the operation manager


Skills & Requirements
1. Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work with diversity
2. Possess strong passion in administration and human resources development
3. Detail oriented, possess strong communication and organizational skills
4. Ability to multi-task and work independently under deadline
5. Ability to self-prioritize work streams and ability to meet tight deadlines
6. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
