Position Summary:

In charge of daily and closing works related with accounts receivable.

Main Duties

Collect charge-out expense and supporting documents;

Issue debit notes by inter-company;

AR related vouchers booking;

Charge out account reconciliation;

Intercompany AR S/L vs. G/L reconciliation;

Indirect expense PO book-keeping;

Documents filling;

Other matters related to manager's arrangement

Requirements

University degree in Finance,Accounting or Economics,at least one year above related experience

Good written and spoken English communication skills

Good interpersonal skills and team player

Being able to work independently and under pressure
