For Oracle HCM Consultant, it needs below.
1. Can present solution and communicate with customer HRD
2. Familiar with major HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll,Performance, Talent Mgmt, Recruiting, etc.
3. Product experience: Fusion HCM or EBS HR is preferred
4. Understand HCM concept/process, have system configuration
5. experience with mainstream HCM products. Quick leaner, good communication, good English skill is preferred.
For Oracle ERP Consultant, it needs below.
1. can present solution and discuss business process with customer decision maker.
2. Having both delivery and pre-sales experience is preferred. EBS experience is preferred.
3. with ERP implementation project management experience. 5 years ERP implementation experience,including 3+ years project
Management experience.
4. Quick leaner, good communication, good English skill is preferred.
