职位描述：
Purpose of the Job:
- The Safety Supervisor assists the Taishan site management for the implementation of the safety management system (establishment, implementation, follow up and improvement).

Organization Structure:
- Under supervision off the Taishan Site Representative,, he/she is helped by a Safety Officer.

Orgnizational Reporting:
- He/she reports directly to the Taishan Site Representative

Interfaces:
- In liaison with Installation and Commissioning team and the Site Representation Office, he/she is able to advice during all steps of project (assembly/installation, overall tests, commissioning and start up).

Objectives:
- Assist the HSE Manager (Taishan Site Representative) for the establishment of the Health and Safety plan at Taishan construction site for the construction, commissioning and start up.
- Participate to:
>> The organization of the daily activities of the H&S team
>> The implementation of the H&S plan for the AREVA NP activities
>> The follow-up of the implementation of the on-site H&S rules by all the speakers: AREVA team, subcontractors and supploers
>> The preparation of the directives, instructions and information notes related to the H&S
>> The analysis and the validation of H&S plans, procedures and risk analysis and the surveillance of their implementation
>> The collection of statistics data relative to the H&S and their analysis for the preparation of action plans for continuous improvement
>> The promotion of a high safety culture on site in relation with the client safety team (communications, coordination)
>> The technical (H&S) support for the operational teams (personal protective equipments, training etc....)
>> The organization of the emergency response (fire, accident, first aid station)
>> The safety induction for newcomers

Job Requirements:
- Engineering degree in management of industrial risks, or Master E&HS or equivalent.
- English level required: advanced or fluent
- Experienced in management of H&S on big construction sites
- Knowledge in electricity and or mechanical would be appreciated
- A previous experience in nuclear power plant would be HIGHLY appreciated
- Capacity to analyze, pragmatism, flexibility, strength of proposition, big ability to react, autonomy and natural authority to impose to the actors of the construction site the respect of the regulations and procedures.
- Good knowledge of :
>> European H&S regulation
>> OHSAS 18001 standard
>> Electro-mechanical installation and commissioning to allow good risk analysis of the activities and being able to propose alternative methods
- Be able to speak English for safety inductions and safety meetings. Good English writing for safety procedures establishment 举报 分享
