职位描述：

Responsibilities:

·        Collaborates with businesscommunity to ensure process and people improvements are addressed.

·        Prepares projectdeliverables including (but not limited to) process flows, businessrequirements, statements of work and functional design specifications.

·        Designs "userready" applications which are easy to use and have user help.  Collaborates with business to ensure businesschange management, user training and user support are planned and implemented. 

·        Identifies and evaluatessolution options from a functional perspective through fit/gap analysis,prototyping, evaluating customization, etc.

·        For small projects, managesthe project to successful implementation. Clarifies and communicates commitments and progress to plan.  Effectively manages tasks, resources,deliverables, budget, change, risk and issues. Coordinates, communicates,guides and leads project team on a daily basis to ensure members are able tocarry out their work timely and adequately.

·        Ensures solutions aredesigned to be cost effective and sustainable. Works closely with manufacturing management team to set objectives foruser adoption and designs solutions and deployments accordingly. Considersongoing operations of deployed solutions. Ensures effective application support and maintenance.  

·        Works closely with ITTechnical Managers, IT Project Manager and IT Service Managers to identifyapplication support requirements and ensure smooth transition of developmentprojects to support organization.

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements:

·         Great communication andinterpersonal skills

·         Experience / knowledgeof cross function business / process management

·         Extensive experiences inOracle finance or Oracle BI solutions.

·         Experiences in OracleDatabase administration highly desired.

·         Must be able to setclear scope and fulfil it in a staged and structured fashion

·         Must be self-motivatedand able to learn and apply new skills quickly

·        Facilitate large grouprequirement gathering and training sessions

·         Work with and influenceother teams (IT and functional)

·         Project managementskills preferred

Experience:

·        At least 5 years offunctional experience in applications design development, testing andimplementation of business enterprise applications (finance, HR related).

Education:

·        University degree inInformation Technology / Software, or Industry Engineering

·        Able to communicate orallyand in writing (requirement document, project charter and technicalspecifications) in English and Chinese.

Other: Willingness to travel and flexible on schedule
