职位描述：

Objectives/Key Responsibilities:

§ Primary contact for the Process Technology discipline, both internal and external and coordinate with the Process Engineers.

§ Ensure the process requirements of the project are completed at the appropriate time.

§ Identify, develop, implement, audit and improve as appropriate process design of the technology.

§ Provide specialist input including providing technical quality assurance as required; provide expert knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations relevant to process systems.

§ Lead process reviews, input into process engineering work and deliverables from engineering contractors and suppliers.

§ Be responsible for the review and approval of engineering contractor deliverables.

§ Work in collaboration with specialists and engineers of other Project disciplines.

§ Employ risk management on technically significant issues. Evaluate risk associated with each decision or recommendation.

§ Provide technical evaluation, requested technical advice and recommendations to the project within the required time frame.

§ Ensure compliance with existing engineering standards and practices.

§ Involve/consult in Management of Change efforts that relate to the process engineering discipline.

§ Be responsible for the capture and dissemination of Process Engineering lessons learned from the Project to the Operating Organization.

§ Follow-up Contract Performance Guarantees and coordinate design and peer reviews.

§ Identify project risks related to process aspects and maintain mitigation plans.

§ Support the Operating Organisation in the role of project expert.

Profile Requirement:

§ Chemical Engineering degree with 8 to 10 years’ design and/or operations experience in the technology.

§ Excellent interpersonal skills, able to motivate and focus contractor resources onto required tasks.

§ Analytical, rigours with the ability to adapt to changing constraints.

§ Ready to relocate to Contractor offices and later to Project site

§ Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
