Responsibilities:
? Maintain existing major accounts in South China by providing good forecast, coordinating order fulfillment and technical support. Handle skillfully customer requests and complaints and achieve good customer satisfactions.
? Identify the demands, needs and special requirements of the customers, define and execute Account development strategies and tactics including value proposition, resource requirements, action plans etc. to grow the business.
? Coordinate global projects development at the customers by working closely with global and local business development team and technical team.
? Closely follow up the customer payment to make sure it is on-time, contribute to maximize the free cash flow of business.
? Develop new customers at assigned segments and to develop business growth with existing products and customers
? Gather market information (e.g. about distribution channels, customers, competition, market evolution, market price) during customer visits or other commercial activities.
? Report fully, regularly and in the proper format according to procedures
? Achieve sales annual budget per GBU requirement
Profiles:
? A bachelor’s degree with major in polymer or chemical or related technical disciplines.
? Good knowledge of plastic application, with 3~5 years working experience in the plastics industry. Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred.
? Proven skills of business development and account management.
? Strong capability in internal and external communication.
? Able to work independently under pressure.
? Fluent English both in oral and written.
? Self-driven with good team working spirit.
? Travel Frequency: >40%
