职位描述：
主要职责 Key Responsibilities
·Take care of cash and bank transaction, ensure timely payment to Vendors/ Employees.
 负责现金和银行交易，确保及时向服务商及员工的现金支付。
·Record cash and bank transactions in accurate and timely way.
 精准及时地记录现金及银行交易。
·Participate forecasting of cash flow.
 参与现金流预测。
·Monthly tax declaration in a timely way.
 及时进行月度税务申报。
·Organize and review reimbursement invoices of invoices. Ensure and maintain clear, clear and tidy accounting vouchers.
 整理并审核员工报销票据，确保并维护干净、清晰及整洁的会计凭证。
·Issue fapiao and do fapiao authorization on time.
 开具发票并按时进行发票授权。
·Participate HR management. Take care of issues relevant to employee’s social insurance and housing fund.
 参与人事管理，负责员工社保及住房公积金有关事宜。
· Participate annual audit, annual examination of company’s certificates.
 参与年度审计以及公司证件年检事宜。
·Maintain good external relationships with appropriate and professional contacts e.g. tax bureau, SAFE, auditors, bankers and statutory organizations.
 以合适的专业的方式维护良好的外部关系，如：税务局、外管、审计、银行以及其他机构组织。
·Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation, ensures compliance of all statutory provisions.
 关注金融法规的最新变化，确保遵守所有法定规定。

Requirements / 任职要求
· At least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  会计或其他类似专业学士学位。
· Good verbal and written English language skill.
  熟练的英语口语及书面表达能力。
· At least 5 years working experiences in finance or accounting function, working experience in foreign company is preferred;
  至少5年以上财务工作经验，有外企的工作经验优先

Huan De Future City Property (Shenzhen) Co., Limited, located in the Longgang District is an international real estate developer. The company was founded by Huan De Group whose shareholder is Tucher & Schmied Family. The project running by Huan De Future City is China European Future City (CEFC) which is located in the international low carbon city of Longgang District under the support of NDRC and Shenzhen municipal government. It is the pilot project under the EU-China Partnership on Urbanization.
