Responsibilities

Main Objectives
1. Design and set-up of the test rig
2. Proceed and organize multi-axial tests and measurements
3. Check and maintenance of the test rig

Key Responsibilities
1. Assembling of test parts in multi-channel test rigs
2. Measuring of data in RLDC (Road Load Data Collection) and during the durability test on test rigs.
3. Data preparation and store data in road load database
4. Iteration of signals to control a test
5. Further development of techniques, test methods and equipment acc. to the actual state of the art
6. Plan and accomplishment of complex multi-channel durability strength test？

Requirements

Basic Requirements
1. Working experience
Min. 2 years in testing department (OEM or system suppliers)
2. Education
Bachelor/ Master of mechanical engineering, or relevant
3. English
Fluent
4. German
Preferred
5. Computer/ Tools
LMS TecWare, Labtronic 8800, RS modulogic, RPC pro, etc.
6. Qualification
Durability testing and verification

Requirement, Professional Skills and Abilities
1. Specific knowledge and experience in mechanics, electronics, durability calculation and data processing.
2. Knowledge in Chassis/ suspension technology
3. Profound knowledge in multi axel durability, measurement of electronic and mechanical values and advanced controller technology
4. Work experience with servo-hydraulic, multi-axle test rigs (e.g. IST, MTS)
5. Knowledge of data bus systems
6. Proficient in English and Chinese
7. German language is preferred
8. Willing to travel domestic or overseas acc. to project request？
