Position Summary:
Account manager for FPD area.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
? Demonstrates responsibility for Central China and other assigned FPD accounts area at Entegris, and take a key team member view on generating visible business growth at the prioritized accounts.
? Understands customer’s business and technology road map and maximizing revenue, margin and market share at assigned account
? Understands corporate, division and field operations goals, and develops account strategies to achieve set sales objectives with the support from supervisor.
? In time participates in Regional Field Operations meetings.
? Drives effective pricing strategy and manages contract and price negotiations process at Central China and other assigned accounts; focuses on execute the guideline from supervisor for developing market share in accordance with total margin strategy.
? Works closely with global and regional support teams such as Product Management, Logistics, Quality, Finance, etc, to ensure indirect pre and after-sale service are effectively provided.
? Serves as Entegris primary point of escalation in addressing and resolving matters that have been elevated as a critical. Provides key stakeholders (Team supervisor, BU, Region,) visibility of problems/issues that warrant their attention.
? Maintains Service Available Market Share projections.
? Effectively utilizes the support of Regional Product Support and Field Applications Engineers for pre and after-sale activities.
? Establishes relationships with the middle-high management team at critical accounts to promote partnerships, and ensures Entegris is supporting customer’s long term business strategy.
? Develops and maintains senior level industry contacts and relationships to provide opportunities for new business.
? In time business trip report and weekly sales activities report to team supervisor. Raise hand at any time when issues and problem happens. Always stay closely with FPD sales team and provide constructive suggestions.

Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Physical Requirements):
Bachelor, electronic, mechanical or chemistry major
At least 5+ years working experience at TFT-LCD industry, at least 2+ years sales job experience
Good English listen, speak, read and Writing skill
Experience of sales to Filtration products is a plus.
Willing to travel for domestic customer up to 50% level of all working time.
