Job Summary
Complete project management ownership skills. Knowledge and ability to lead on sourcing activities. Perform company audits of potential new suppliers. Coordinate in sample testing. Production status follow up and product quality control. The individual needs to have strong communication and interpersonal skills and good in English (verbal & written) and mandarin. Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure. Have the availability to travel extensively and frequently. Metal engineering background is highly preferred

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform all functionality related to sourcing, project management and Supply Chain covering metal torch, bamboo torch or other projects
· Lead and manage RFQ and all commercial agreements enforcement. Provide material and labor cost, VAT, exchange rate, freight rate analysis and statistic to minimize impact on cost and delivery
· Set up, optimize and store all relating working process and tools to streamline operation effectiveness and efficiency
· Manage a variety of projects of new material, component and finished goods sourcing, new manufacture engineering process and complete new design sourcing within timeframe required. Familiar with projects involving molding process (injection, blow and rotational), printing/dying fabrics and various textile manufacturing and treatment process
· Responsible for and support on all kinds of engineering issues including but not limited to design evaluation and calibration, manufacturing analysis, product and packaging inspection and other trouble shooting issues
· Bridge and facilitate communications between LLF US headquarter and its suppliers
· Lead on new supplier pre-qualification in perspective of quality, engineering and operation capability. Perform general evaluation and run point on continuous improvement CAP
· Provide guidance & assistance to Supplier IPQC, testing, audit, quality system and quality process improvement activities
· Responsible for On-Time-Delivery and overall Supply Chain Performance of suppliers. Provide latent problem warning and lead on supplier performance improvement plan


Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
· Engineering B.S. degree or related major with relevant 5 years experience
· Consumer goods project management or sourcing experience for over 5 years
· Previous experience with American companies and large retailers is preferred
· Very good English communication skills and fluent in Mandarin
· Good computer software operational skills
· Good understanding in reading engineering files, specifications and prints
· Knowledge and understanding of quality, product spec, compliance regulation, product and component testing
· Knowledge and understanding of metal manufacturing or tooling, engineering, metal treatment process is also preferred
· Good reasoning ability and decision maker
· Capability and willingness to frequent travel


Preferred Qualifications:
· Training and knowledge on project management, sourcing and ISO certification
· Previous work with Large retailers such as Walmart, Target...etc.

· Strong at interpersonal skills
