Purpose of the position
To ensure all phone calls and couriers are properly handled and all visitors are welcomed in good manner.
Key Tasks
? Answer/transfer all incoming phone call and take message when persons are not available
? Receive and record for all incoming/outgoing couriers.
? Welcome visitors.
? Daily support to Admin Responsible to ensure office admin work smoothly.
? Take up any additional tasks to be assigned by the Superior.
Decision Making Authority
All competences to fulfil the tasks above according to the guidelines from and in collaboration with he Superior.
Skills & Competencies

Educational background / Work experience
Junior college I smilar working experience 6-12 months is preferrable.
Language skills
Good English both written and spoken.
Computer Literacy
? Good computer knowledge-Outlook, Excel, Word; basic in Powerpoint
