Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1.On-going project management, set up construction schedule, and communicate with the customer to ensure time and quality achieved;

负责进行项目管理，制定项目的实施计划和过程，并与客户进行沟通，使施工过程得到充分的协助和配合，确保工程项目达到质量目标.

2.Superintend and director the subcontractor's installation, and participate in setting & aiming;project documentation collection, satistic, and analysis used to projects auditing and hand over;

负责督导所属项目的工程队按规程和标准进行工作、并参与项目所含设备的安装与调试；

负责整理工程相关的文件，做好数据收集、统计、分析工作；并于用户进行项目的验收和交接工作.

3.Organize regular production meeting for controlling safety, quality, time limitation are all meet the customer requirement;

主持项目生产例会，对项目安全、质量、工期、成果总体控制；履行合同并达到甲方满意.

4.On-going project technical problems coordination, resolving big issues timely;

负责工程项目实施过程中的总技术协调工作；遇重大技术问题及时解决.

5.Keep good co-operation relationship with the owner and site supervisor, and offer extend information

协调处理好对甲方及监理方的合作关系，做好后续工程的信息提供工作.

6.Money collection.

做好工程款的催收工作.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1.Minimum Associates Degree, mechanical andd/or electrical related is prefered

机械和/或电气相关专业大专以上学历.

2.Below 35 years old;

年龄35岁以下.

3.Strong planning & executive ability, good communication skill

具备较强的计划与执行力，沟通协调能力.

4.Willingness to travel approximately 90% desired;

适应经常(90%时间)出差.

5.Computer literate and skills (Access, words, excel, power point, e-mail, etc.)

熟练操作计算机办公软件.

6.Command of English (spoken & written).

有一定的英文基础.
