1.Brand Marketing
1.1 Work closely with APAC regional Digital Marketing & Branding head to understand global brand code and ensure consistency / accuracy in regional & local adaptation across all medium of branding communications
1.2 Understand global, regional brand marketing and local seasonal campaigns' over-arching concept, directions and tactics
1.3 Cost control as per annual/quarterly budgeted plan

2.Public Relations
2.1 Work closely with APAC regional public relations manager to understand global public relations' seasonal campaigns concept, directions and tactics
2.2 Localise public relations' seasonal campaigns, i.e. press release, newsletters, press preview; Select and supervise public relations agency in managing media relations including KOLs
2.3 Understand corporate communications from corporate HQ in Ratingen and finance HQ in HK on annual financial year press reports, corporate social responsibility initiatives/issues.

3.Social Media
3.1 Work closely with APAC regional digital marketing manager to understand global social media seasonal campaigns concept, directions and tactics
3.2 Define local social media plan, specifically for our official accounts on social media platforms, i.e. WeChat, Weibo and RenRen; Select and supervise social media agency in managing social media relations including fashion bloggers
3.3 Work closely with local eCommerce team, CRM team to realise company omni-channel plan, i.e. 020, CRM on WeChat, etc.

4. Strategy
4.1 Channel marketing strategy for Retail and Wholesale stores by working closely with
      Operations, Merchandising, Planning and Visual Merchandising teams
4.2 Promotional plan with measureable metrics such as traffics, APT, IPT, AUR, NS, etc.
4.3 Adapt Global MIT (Marketing Initiative Toolbox) in developing a localised version
      based on market relevancy

5. Execution
5.1 Execute weekly promotion strategy by leveraging on ATL, BTL and Social Media
5.2 Execute seasonal marketing campaigns, VIP events, Family & Friend events, etc.
5.3 Ad hoc, to execute new store opening events and supporting concessions events

6. Budget & Report
6.1 Generate reports for marketing activities’ effectiveness and provide feedbacks for learning & improvement
6.2 Budget control

要求:
1. Understanding the business value of developing seamless experiences across multi-channels
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Strong organizational, time management and project management skills; ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
5. Shows business acumen, and the ability to come up with innovative ideas
6. Effective oral and written communications (Chinese and English)
7. At least 5 years relevant working experience in fashion industry 8. Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
8. Good presentation skills
9. Pro-active, creative, detailed mind, can-do attitude and able to work under pressure
