职位描述：
1. Provide source selection support and ensure competitive bidding to all procurement requests for goods and service
2. Assures that suppliers have and understand all specification and requirements for purchased product or service
3. Negotiate commercial terms and conditions for CBRE-on DOW account supplier contract, and work closely with legal to ensure contract compliance and limitation of risk, especially pertaining to cost
4. Tracks the status of requisitions, contracts and orders
5. Monitor purchasing transaction to ensure timely delivery of equipment or service
6. Keep records on supplier key performance indicator
7. Ensure purchasing process comply with internal control request
8. Ensure all work comply with all EHS aspects
9. Other duties may be assigned

岗位要求：
1. 大专以上学历
2. 3-4年以上相关工作经验
3. 拥有优秀的采购跟踪和供应商谈判能力
4. 英语能力良好
5. 做事严谨， 具备良好的采购分析、计划和组织能力 举报 分享
