Job Description:
1. Support customers on queries and issues related to ST BLE solutions
2. Integration/porting/customization of BLE for customer requirements
3. Work closely with marketing team for technical support, demos, etc.
4. Work closely with Div. AE team to meet customer requirements, and fix technical issues.
5. Development & Testing of BLE applications and profiles
6. Train and support distributor FAEs on technical side.
Job Specific Requirements:
1. >3 years of experience in Bluetooth LE software development/customer support involving areas such as BLE Stack, BLE applications, or BLE profile
2. Experience working with ARM-based microcontroller platforms (ARM) and build environments (IAR / GCC etc.)
3. Excellent skills in C with hands-on software and/or firmware implementation for embedded platforms
4. Experience in BLE hardware or Analog(Op-amp, Comparator, …) products supporting would be an advantage
4. Experience in working with customers in resolving complex technical issues
5. Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
6. Self-motivated, works with little supervision, shows willingness to learn, proactive
7. Excellent communication and writing skills (English)
