职位描述：
The person in this role will effectively lead the day to day activity of the Management Information and Planning team to produce daily, weekly and monthly operational reporting and dashboards across multiple client engagements and to produce effective capacity planning and forecasts in support of the Operations both on and offshore to achieve its business goals.

Qualifications / Experience

- Min 2 years in an MI and Planning/ operational support management level role
- Proven ability & experience in Risk Analysis and Data Management
- Knowledge of data analysis methodology and a range of BI and MI architectures and solutions
- Knowledge of MI design principles and concepts with experience on using SQL, Microsoft BiStack, Qlik View, or other data mining tools
- Budgeting, forecasting and planning experience in an operational environment

Deliverables

- Effective leadership of the team including line management responsibilities
- Ensure the team consists of appropriate resource levels for MI reporting and analysis operational needs
- Performance manage and develop individuals, maximising talent
- Effective identification and communication MI requirements and effective use of MI reports to drive staff performance
- Identify staff training needs and arrange coaching as required to ensure all staff achieve and maintain competency level throughout engagement
- Accurate and timely reporting
- Adherence to regulatory requirements
- Deliverables in Line with the Ops Score Cards or Plans
- Satisfactory Audit reports
- Profitability of business by accurate planning, controlling costs and margins

信息管理经理负责领导信息管理及规划团队的日常活动，每日、每周及每月编制各个客户项目的运营报告和控制表格，并编制有效的产能计划和预测以支持境内及境外运营部门完成业务目标。

岗位要求

- 具备2年或以上的信息管理（MI）和计划/运营支持管理的经验
- 具备风险分析及数据管理的能力和经验（数据支持）
- 熟悉数据分析方法及一系列BI 及MI架构和解决方案
- 熟悉MI设计原理及概念，并有使用SQL、Microsoft BiStack、Qlik View和其他数据挖掘工具的经验
- 拥有预算、预测和计划项目运营的经验

岗位职责

- 有效地领导团队，包括团队直线管理
- 确保团队成员获得足够的资源以满足MI报告和业务分析需求
- 对团队成员进行绩效管理并发挥他们的潜能
- 有效地识别及沟通MI要求，并能够利用MI报告来推动员工业绩
- 挖掘员工的培训需求并根据要求安排培训，以确保所有员工在整个项目过程中获得并维持其专业能力
- 提供准确并及时的报告
- 提供符合Ops Score Cards或计划的交付成果
- 提供符合要求的审核报告
- 通过精确的规划、控制成本和利润率实现业务盈利
