岗位职责：
1. 负责公司内暖通系统的运行与维护，进行公司内暖通系统的设计、安装、改造、维修；
2. 负责采暖及通风系统的设计，设备选型；
3. 负责编制专业性施工工艺、施工组织方案；
4. 监督管理工程项目施工，承担项目的现场技术指导和相应系统的安装调试工作；
5. 处理施工中出现的的技术问题，就采暖、通风施工安装、维护等方面提供专业建议。
6. 确保所负责系统的设备安装安全及相应施工人员的施工安全；
7. 确保所负责系统的施工质量；
8. 及时做好相关系统的计量和组织相关系统的验收工作；
9. 做好所负责系统相关技术文件的编制、收集整理工作；
任职资格：
1. 暖通空调或相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上暖通工程管理及施工经验；
2. 熟悉建筑暖通方案设计及系统调试；
3. 熟练运用AutoCAD和常用办公软件；
4. 能独立完成技术方案、预算及图纸；
5. 有大型通风系统运行经验者优先。
