职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Directly responsible for preparing financial statements and ensures an accurate and timely monthly and year end close
2.Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
3.Prepares and analyzes Atypical reports used for Financial Statement analysis
4.Modifies as business changes to integrate with budget
5.Reviews and analyzes departments expenditures and reviews appropriate journal entries
6.Suggests and assists in gathering data for cost savings and revenue enhancing ideas
7.Reviews general ledger accounts and activity
8.Reviews cash account reconciliations in multiple currencies
9.Acts as the contact for Independent Auditors of financial records, overseeing and ensuring completion of all necessary audit schedules
10.Controls associated with generating financial statements (i.e., receiving, accounts payable, sales, etc.)
11.Directly supervises approximately four employees in finance department
12.Advises staff regarding the handling of non routine reporting transactions
13.Works on special projects as assigned

Requirements:
1.4-years’University graduated is a must, major in accounting, economics, finance or related areas
2.5-8 years working experience as GL or plant accounting manager role in a multinational company
3.Good skills in using Microsoft office (especially Excel) and ERP
4.Preferable to have intermediate accounting certificated 举报 分享
