职位描述：
Job Description:

1.Act as a liaison between the business users and IT team(internal/external)
2.Lead requirements gathering efforts during design stages and applying requirements to functional application design within time,scope and budget of the project
3.During projects and current life establish efficient relationship between users and suppliers
4.Work closely with the users to develop and test documented requirements,record and track technical issues,and implement any needed changes
5.Ensure evolution and corrective maintenance (installation of new releases,batch coding)as well as related documentation production
6.Create and delivers executive presentations to senior management to explain technical approach,recommendations,and application design
7.Quickly identifies and resolves requirement gaps or development issues
8.Work under minimal supervision to resolve project ,application(current life)or program level issues in short time frames
9.Participate in project planning and estimating ,manage time &set priorities/deadlines appropriately&perform management escalations

Position Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree (or equivalent work experience or specialized training)in Information Technology(IT),Computer Science(CS),Software Engineering,or related discipline
2.Knowledge of financial services business is required _leasing/auto finance /credit
3.Experience conducting business requirement sessions -and producing business and/or technical functional documentation
4.Experience using a structured software development methodology
5.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6.Knowledge of database administration /SQL/VBA
7.Good knowledge of Shell for batch scripting and management
8.Knowledge of english both spoken and written is mandatory 举报 分享
