职位描述：
Responsibilities

- The work would mainly concentrate on providing technical analysis of consulting projects, specifically
- Interviews with the clients to understand clients’ business operation and manufacturing process
- Indentify and analyze core technology and technical challenge of a new product or R&D project of the clients
- Prepare technical papers of the clients’ R&D projects based on the discussion with clients and analysis, i.e. goal, R&D process and result of the R&D projects

Experience/Skills required

- MSc. in engineering / science/computer science from a well known university or equivalent
- 3-5 years working experience in R&D of an international company or R&D institute, focusing on electronics or mechanisms with experience in large-scale projects, manufacturing process management or leading in R&D projects are preferred
- Overseas study or working experience preferred
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Strong technical knowledge, problem solving, interpersonal, communication skills and willing to deal with people
- Being interested in being a professional in Big Four conducting technical consultation work
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast growing environment with tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously
