Position Name: AEG Design/KCM BD manager
Position Objective
1) Conduct seminar and marketing forum among designers and KCM chains to promote AEG brand regularly
2) Support project pitch at initial marketing and production education phase
3) Develop long term partnership in KCM channel
4) Assist to drive sales performance by partnering with designers/KCM chain for both retail and B2B channel

Key contacts: 1) AEG product line and marketing team
2) AEG project sales team
3) Other cross function team within Electrolux (e.g.: finance team)
Role and Responsibilities
1) Impact on business
i. Continuously educate B2B market by organizing market forum, seminar and other market promotion events to introduce AEG product and brand
ii. Develop designer pool to drive up SO in both retail and B2B channel
iii. Assist project sales team during initial brand promotion phase in B2B channel
2) Develop partnership with leading premium KCM chains
i. Work closely with AEG product team, AEG head and other functions to develop long term partnership with leading premium KCM chains to secure AEG growth
Requirements and/or Advantages
1) Bachelor degree or above
2) Preferred to have engineering or business background
3) Experience in product marketing and business development area
4) Experience in luxury or premium consumer goods or consumer service industries is a plus
5) Leadership experience with proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams
6) Excellent communication and presentation skills
7) Good product knowledge and industry knowledge of B2B market is a plus (e.g.: similar industries like sanitary ware; built in lighting tools and etc)
8) Fluency (written and oral) in Chinese and English is a must;
