职位描述:
The person is primarily responsible for:
(a) Training and Development: utilizing a set of systematic and planned activities designed by the organization to help people develop the necessary skills to meet current and future organizational needs and objectives, creating an organizational environment that encourages and retains the employees; and
(b) Talent Management: identifying and developing relevant individual and organizational competencies; developing and using a talent management strategy to sustain long-term, effective alignment with organizational strategies to achieve human capital objectives; establishing a learning environment in which continuous professional development is encouraged;
(c) Performance Management: Leading the rollout of Performance Management system China wide, monitoring activities that will help improve the overall performance of every individual in the organization linked with proper performance review, individual development planning as well as reward and recognition system are in place to reach organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
职责:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Talent Management
? Identify, monitor and manage the progress of key talents China wide.
? Join performance reviews for key contributors in the region and the Bus.
? Create development programs for key contributors to ensure that we have enough talent pipeline linked with our overall company strategy.

2 Training & Development
? Build and Implement an effective training system and related policies and procedures to support delivery of quality training programs and optimize training investment.
? Analyze training needs and develop Training and Development strategies which address needs, presenting in the form of a Training Business Plan.
? Monitor the progress of the Training Plan for each branch to ensure that the training objectives are being achieved.
? Analyses and appraises training evaluation results, and introduce improvements in training effectiveness to optimize the company’s investment in training.
? Design and implement training programs which meet specific branch/departmental needs, ensuring that training session plans are structured and that training is effective to support short-term and long-term business objectives.
? Ensure the effectiveness of training programs by applying fundamental training methods in the creation of training modules.
? Manages and coach the training team in all branches to deliver quality training services.
? Network with training professionals who can assist with the conduct of training programs for advanced or specialized training.
? Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal of branch training supervisors in line with company guidelines.
? Coaches, counsels and disciplines Star trainers and training participants, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
? Keep the records and files of all Training initiatives in the Training Department Server.

3 Performance Management
? Work with Regional and BU on performance management and succession planning to coordinate activities, synthesize information, facilitate talent review discussions and provide recommendations.
? Manage all the PMS implementation and work closely with Department heads for employee counseling, internal communication and employee feedback and coaching to improve the employee relations as well as the capability enhancement.

4 Corporate Culture/CSR Committee member
? Support corporate culture/CSR Committee / initiatives.

5 ISO Training Procedure
? Lead and implement ISO training procedures.
? Accomplish other tasks as assigned by management.

? Familiar with E-Learning platform with its building and implementation.

? Knowledge of HR Management, Training and Development.
? Familiar with labor laws.
? Ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally on job progress and other overall assignments and responsibilities.

任职条件:
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree and above.
? With 8 yrs or more HR experience, at least 3-5years of HR managerial experience.
? Strong interpersonal & English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
? HR certification.
? Relevant industry experience.
