Position Overview:
？ Responsible for dealer wholesale business development in China.
？ Ensure wholesale business in a good growing trend.

Key Responsibilities:
? Manage and monitor wholesale dealer network performance to ensure Volvo’s short and long-term objectives are met.
? Dealer wholesale target setting, business plan.
? Responsible for monitoring and maintaining targeted stock levels.
? Co-design and implement with dealers agreed action to improve dealer profitability and performance.
? Ensuring the quality and quantity of dealer activities to achieve the required results.
? Marketing Plans
? Dealer Training attendance
? Reporting
? Constantly monitors inventory movements and initiates remedial measures as necessary.
? Constantly checks movements outside the contract area and effectively reports grey market activities.
? Regularly review and refine business processes to reduce costs, save time and improve quality.
? Organise regional dealer meetings

Requirements:
? Minimum 5 years in parts sales business in Auto Industry.
? Experience of business administration
? Dealer sales experience or other relevant dealer experience
? Knowledge of market and service structure in the Chinese vehicle environment
? Communication skills – active listening, writing, negotiation, influencing and presentation sills – one on one and within a group situation.
? Written and spoken Chinese and English
? Driver’s license
? Experience in premium product retail operations - motor vehicle dealer is an asset
? Understanding of basic marketing concepts
? Basic knowledge of electronic data processing
? Capable of working independently
? Good listener

? CS KPIs follow-up
? Dealer Wholesales (overall and per dealer)
? Wholesale Stock level at dealers (overall and per dealer)

Travel (%): Above 50%
