职位描述：
1. To assist in building up and refining JV2’s sales training system, under SED JV2’s COT and strategy
    根据敦种先锋销售卓越开发的目标和战略，协助建立并完善销售培训体系

? To assist SED project manager in developing annual training plan
   协助SED项目经理制定全年的课程计划
? To collect training need information from both internal staff and external channel
   customers and farmers.
   对内部员工和外部渠道客户以及农户的需求搜集与整理
? To assist SED project managers to deliver training to both internal team and external
Customers; To coordinate and prepare for successful training delivery including taking care of training facilities, trainee’s communication and training material printing.

   包括培训硬件设施、人员召集和资料的制作印刷等
? Be responsible for collecting and summarizing training feedback.

2. Provide supports to assure the training center’s operate well and in good condition

? To oversee the training center in good condition. To communicate with relative people to make sure the training center get regular maintenance and get fixed for urgent problem

? Keep file and timely update the annual training plan

? Support in training delivery in the training center

3. Support or organize best sales practice sharing, and sales tools’ development and management

? Support or under guidance of SED project manager, to organize best sales practice sharing

? To assist SED project manager in sales tools’ development

? Update and make/print the sales calling card/manual

4. Assist in training course development
    培训课程开发的支持

? To assist SED project manager developing the training modules for both internal and external sales force.

? Translate training material from pioneer globally. Refine and standardize the training modules.

? Communicate with internal team to obtain training material and resources.

5. Provide support to other projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: 4 years college courses preferably B. S. degree in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing.
                  本科以上学历，工商管理、销售或市场相关领域的专业。
Experience: At least 3 years in sales and sales in agriculture business is preferred.
                    3年以上销售工作经验，最好为农业领域

The Dow Chemical Company and DuPont have announced their intent to combine in an all-stock merger of equals. The merger is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2017 and the new company will be named DowDuPont. Within 18-24 months of the merger, DowDuPont intends to spinoff entities resulting in three separate and independent publicly traded companies, subject to regulatory and board approval.
