Responsibilities

Assist team with market research
Identify suppliers and evaluate (including RFx) their capability from commercial and technical points of view
Sourcing merchandise work, e.g. follow up shipping documents
Coordinate/manage supplier and client relationships through strong personal interaction and communication
Admin assistance for the procurement team, including logistics arrangement for the business trip, etc.
Handle of some of the admin work in the office and IT work support
Welcome all visitors in a professional and courteous way.
Stationary management including distribution and stock management
Maintenance office facilities in a good condition
Visa application for management team
Process reimbursements for GMD
Other tasks as required by the company

Requirements

College degree or above
Professional and pleasant manner
Strong teamwork spirit-Good English language skill (spoken and written)
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Fast-learner, energetic, proactive, highly motivated
Ability to handle pressure and work with tight deadlines
Care and carefulness
Versatile, ability to multitask, team player, balanced world view
Working experience as sourcing merchandiser is a bonus.
