工作职责：
1. 协助总部/区域新店/翻新店物料订单的处理；对订单进行整理、分类、汇总，并报送上级领导审批; 负责对批准的订单的存档管理；
2. 负责与供应商对价格、质量、供货期进行及时沟通, 解决供应商供货过程中出现的交货及质量问题..
3. 协助各类物料的年度招标,进行合同的拟订等；
4. 负责对采购合同的存档管理，并对合同的执行情况进行必要的追踪；
5. 负责物料供应商档案的建立、维护及管理；确保供应商评估的顺利实施；
6. 负责各类物料订单情况分析及汇总报表；协助对已采购物料的历史价格信息的收集整理；
7. 协助对各类采购相关数据ERP的录入及系统数据库的维护；
8. 完成上级交办的其它工作任务。

工作要求：
1. 大中专学历，专业不限；
2. 4年以上零售业工作经验，熟悉店铺物料。能适应长期在办公室工作；
3. 做事情认真细心，责任心强。有冲锋队或店铺工作经验者优先；
4. 熟悉店铺物料的结构、分类、使用特性。
5. 良好的职业操守及团队合作精神，较强的沟通、协调能力,理解和分析能力,熟练办公软件；熟悉RMS系统更优。
6. 具有独立工作和学习的能力，工作认真细心，诚实、刻苦耐劳，能承受压力；
