岗位职责：
1.根据系统中确定的订单，做到及时准确的出票
2.迅速、妥善地解决客户改签、退票等特殊问题

任职要求：
1.全日制本科以上学历，通过英语四级考试者优先考虑（大专学历英语专业可放宽要求）
2.嗓音柔和、普通话标准、谈吐礼貌，具有优良的服务意识和敬业精神
3.有很强的沟通能力、应变能力和进取心，可承受较大压力
4.有较强的学习能力和团队合作精神

注：工作经验不限，入职后公司提供相关培训
