(1)工作职责Responsibility
Able to communicate confidently and independently with China Regulatory Officials (e.g. CQC, CEC, CEL, CECP, CNCA, MoEnv etc.) and has excellent negotiation skills to lobby with these authorities/ programs.
· Familiar with Worldwide Regulation and Standards on IT Product Compliance, including Environmental Affairs requirements such as CEC, CEL, China Rohs, Carbon foot print and etc
· Manage the tracking, monitoring, lobbying and providing regular updates on the developments of China certification regulation and standard roadmaps to the global team
· Manage and minimize risks on any dynamic changes on China regulations that will impact Dell’s product market access into China.
· Support Dell factory operations in terms of any regulatory related subjects on Dell products.
· Participate various regulatory technical committees as Dell representatives
· Bridging the communications between China Sales & Marketing teams with Project Teams to support China Government Bidding programs such as CECP & CEC..
· Leading and managing market surveillance queries with China bureaus such as AIC and CIQ
· Working directly with various ODMs to support project teams on China regulatory matters when required.
· Able to work closely and effectively with multiple cross functional teams and Regulatory Engineers(XDCs-RCE) within Dell in regards to China certification topics for market access.
· Act as agency relationship manager and subject-matter expert on assigned role.

· Bachelor degree in Electronics, Electrical, Material or Environmental Engineering.
· Minimum 10yrs experience in the field of regulatory and environmental affairs with close relationships with agencies and bureau.
· Able to attend evening conference calls when needed.
· Able to speak and write English fluently.
· Able to travel within China cities (20% of travel) within short notice
