1. JOB TITLE:Credit Analyst

2. DEPARTMENT: Wholesale Business Management Department

3. JOB PURPOSE:
Evaluate the risks of AFC from distributors and complete the credit audit report of each distributor Make necessary suggestions on credit decisions.

4. RELATIONS:
Report to: Credit Risk Supervisor
Internal Relations: Finance Dept., IT Dept., Commerce Dept.
External Relations: Dealers

5. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtain all annual balance sheets and reports as well as other required information, and complete the credit audit reports according to the established plan
Track the business and finance status of distributors, find out distributors with risky credit and provide proposals in time
Prepare necessary legal documents for handling the relationship with distributors
Manage the warranties proposed to distributors and guarantee that they are fulfilled and in the valid state
Present proposals on the adjustment of credit through monitoring the credit usage according to the line of credit
Provide solutions to or carry out countermeasures for distributors
Fulfil other works assigned by supervisor

6. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree, major in Finance, Economics Management Related
At least 8 years finance related working experience

7. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Be familiar with knowledge related to current industry
Be familiar with credit policies and work flow
Have strong risk awareness
Have powerful analytical judgment capability
Command of English or French
