The business controller is responsible of optimizing the selling, controlling costs and maximizing profit in the area.
Takes responsibility as an active role model by living the H&M values.
Goals
Setting goals for the area and the stores as well as making sure that all are working towards them
Vision-What do we want?
Analysis-Previous result,Reality check
Targets-Selling,Costs,Takt/SPH
Budget & Planning Budget and plan for coming year. Educate the stores.
Budge-Selling,Salaries (yearly/monthly/weekly)
Staff planning
Contractual structure
Education and training
Allocation
In the area make sure we have the right amount of stock in the right stores at the right time.
Optimize sales logistics
Balance the stock-Stores,Concepts
Ensure that the allocation % and max values correspond to selling and stock.
Influence the store service level and the shop deliveries
Take action when demand exceeds supply or vice versa
Sales & Result follow up
Ongoing result and target follow-up. Take action on deviations.
Act on the result of the sales & cost analysis
Ongoing communication with the stores; store visits, meetings, phone etc.
Informal leader
Working closely with the Area Manager
Motivate the stores to reach their targets
Develop working methods
Create action plans
Ensure follow-up
Promote profit thinking

任职资格:
1、6年以上销售分析或财务方面的工作经验,熟悉销售分析、数据分析;熟悉财务分析、成本预算控制、财务计划;
2、有零食、快速消费品行业经验,有门店、区域管理经验优先;
3、优秀的沟通表达能力,逻辑清晰,善于与不同部门的人员交流;
4、积极,踏实,能适应快节奏的工作;
5、大专以上学历,英语流利,能与外国同事无障碍沟通。
