1. Timely implement production plan according to the sales order
按时、按质、按量完成生产计划定单
2. Support HR to overall control workshop manpower and OT cost
协助公司控制人力和加班成本
3. Utilize human resource according to IE manpower forecast
按IE部的预算合理配置部门人员
4. Execute and supervise workshop discipline
公司及部门纪律的执行和监督
5. Improve production efficiency and capacity
建立和执行以持续降低生产成本，提高生产效率为目的的生产制度
6. Cooperate with HR to develop whole workshop's work skills and provide training of new products
协助人事部开展本部门的技能和新产品培训以及人员的中长期职业规划
7. Support new project development
配合、支持新项目开发
8. Organize and implement continuous improvement on management and process
组织并执行部门管理和生产工艺持续改善
9. Staff performance review and set up motivation system
产线员工绩效考核和激励机制的建立
10. The safety owner of production line

要求：
1. Junior college degree, 3+years work experience as production supervisor, 8+years related area working experience
大学专科或以上学历，具备至少三年以上生产管理工作经验，八年以上产线的相关工作经验
2. Familiar with same areas' product and background
熟悉相关行业的产品及背景知识
3. Familiar with TS16949、IS014001 quality system and relevant requirements
