Requirements
？ Bachelor degree or above, mechanical background is required.
？ At least 5 years working experience on supplier quality control and management.
？ Plant product quality control experience is plus.
？ Experienced on green sand casting and investment casting and permanent casting process is plus.
？ Be familiar with carbon steel and stainless steel and Aluminum casting product precision machining process.
？ Knowledge of quality engineering & management system
？ Good communication reading and writing of English.
？ Good PC skills, especially MS offices EXCEL Word PPT
？ 40% working time on travelling.

Job Responsibilities:
？ Drive supplier continuously to improve product quality and reduce defect rate.
？ Assist supplier in problem solving activities to meet product requirement.
？ Be able to physical inspect PPAP and mass production product dimension at supplier site.
？ Be able to make decision after finish product inspection and review supplier documents.
？ Work with Supplier chain and support new product development from PPAP to mass
Production phase
？ Conduct on site supplier product audit and process audit and quality system audit.
？ Plant in-process product quality problem analyze and shooting utilize problem shooting skill.
？ Be responsible for incoming product quality determination after inspector check.
？ Prepare supplier monthly quality performance report for management team review.
？ Be responsible for plant quality system implementation and maintenance.
？ Coordinate customer complaint with plant quality team.
？ QC tool and ISO knowledge training for plant inspector.
