Job Description:
- Brief interrogation, idea generation, overseeing Solutions team packaging and mocks for clients and sales related activities
- Achieve annual promotional budget as well as the agreed conversion rate
- Brief interrogation, idea generation, overseeing Solutions team packaging and mocks for clients and sales related activities
- Set the internal standard for excellence within the creative and solutions team through strong and inspiring leadership
- Work with the VP Sales and Individual Sales Reps from various branches contributing concepts and content for annual station activity planners that will deliver additional revenue opportunities across all AdRep brands.
- Provide regular and weekly reporting of team activity including weekly reporting of proposals generated, revenue tracking and attendance.
- Sales & Marketing support
- Ensure that all concepts are delivered timely, compliant and error free
Requirements:
- 5 plus years experience in radio, digital, social, branding, multiplatform marketing and/or creative marketing and strategy
- Have excellent written and spoken English.
- Computer literate. Microsoft Office especially Powerpoint
- Ability to manage people.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
- Not afraid of constructive criticism.
- Creative. Delegate and Empower. Innovative
