职位：课件规划及策划

Title: Courseware planner and designer

职责：负责用于电子教育产品的课件策划工作，能够与公司策划团队通力协作，策划出高品质，趣味性强的英语课件。
Role: Work as part of a team to develop high quality, entertaining English language courseware to be delivered through digital means.

职位描述：
1、熟悉教育产品最新发展趋势
2、能够提出有创意的英语教学课件策划方案
3、能够在策划团队协作工作中分享自己的观点，并为他人方案提出建设性建议
4、能够独立跟踪课件项目开发进度，协调各个相关部门的工作，并配合各个相关部门顺利完成项目
5、能够对学习目的进行分析，提出适合儿童学习的教学方法

Description:
- Being familiar with current trends in educational technology
- Coming up with innovative educational design plans
- Sharing your own ideas and providing constructive feedback to others in a group situation
- Responsibly managing workstreams with minimal supervision.
- Able to analyze plans in terms of meeting children’s educational needs.

必要的:
1、有教学背景：有两年及以上教学工作经验，有儿童英语教学工作者优先；或者有从事教学产品课件设计等相关工作经验。
2、合作能力强：具有团队合作精神，有很好的沟通能力和解决问题的能力。
3、创造力强：能够根据要求提出有创意的设计思路。
4、有较高的英文与中文综合能力

Essential:
- Has an education background: has been a teacher for at least 2 years or has educational courseware design experience. Preferably has experience working with children.
- Team player: has experience working as part of a team
- Creative: can think creatively within certain restrictions
- A high level of written and spoken English and Chinese

附加的：
1、有艺术设计背景，有较强的艺术敏感度。
2、有儿童游戏设计及相关应用设计经验。
3、熟悉视频编辑，作图，flash制作等相关软件。
4、有表演或者配音等相关经验。

Desirable
- Has a background in drawing or art, and has strong artistic sensibilities
- Has experience designing computer games, apps for children etc.
- Familiar with multimedia software, such as video editing, drawing, flash, design software.
- Has acting or voice acting experience.
