Coordinate delivery of International Mobility Client Service in North Asia for the mainland of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan;

Accountable for data management for IM in conjunction with their counterpart in the home / host location. Be able to manage mass data from multiple resources and covering different countries in an accurate manner. Ensure data integrity.
Ensure governance is understood and applied consistently within areas of responsibility, e.g. policy implementation, centralized process management, technology effectiveness
Accountable for assignment status update, support IM advisor proactive communication with business HR and assignee, and assist team in delivering the end delivery of IM service and policy. Uncover and interpret customer needs whilst maintaining a balance with client policy.
Accountable for all team centralized process
Filing Management.
Organize the new personal file for new assignees in and out, category the different documentations for the assignment.
Filing the daily documentations for existing assignments.
Organized the housing lease
Timely clean up the file list for existing assignment and completed assignment
Responsible for vendor set up and arrange all the assignment related payments and reimbursements with different finance teams. Also send the notice to each assignee of the reimbursements status.
Accountable for coordinate with the vendor to preparing the immigration related documentations
Responsible for organize IM related reporting and well maintain tracking record
Feed back and escalate any findings or issue, identify non-compliance and risk
Ad hoc support to team projects and activities for IM, if any
Administration work support to the whole team



a. Educational background
Bachelor degree or above

b. Experience (years and nature)
Minimum 1 years or equivalent experience working in an international customer service / mobility field
Experience of compensation / payment administration or immigration / tax essential
Experience of HR system usage

c. Other
High level of responsibility, accuracy and process orientation
Strong analytical skill and data confidentiality awareness
The ability to raise standards and focus on the delivery working with strict deadlines
Good team player
Expert of Excel/Word/PPT
Fluent English and Mandarin are essential
