Your Responsibilities:
- 40nm or below nodes key low power IP layout.
Your Profile:
- Postgraduate student of major Semiconductor or Micro-electronics.
- Familiar with custom layout tool, like Virtuoso.
- Familiar with physical verification tool, like Calibre.
- Familiar with deep sub-micron technology, like 40nm and below.
- Solid understanding on circuit schematic and device layout.
