KEY RESPONSIBILITES
1.Constructing an annual brand communication strategy for corporate brand and all subordinate brands;
?Ensure the strategy is implemented and executed well across all marketing communications activities, which enables the brand to be positioned as the top leading life style brand in entertainment field in China;
2.Leading, building and managing an high efficient brand communications team;
3.Recruit, manage and train a strong team at all levels;
4.Working close with COO on the overall brand strategies and communication plans;
5.Designing the budget proposals to support the marketing plan and maximize the use of budget;
6.Participating the development of every single brand’s business plan, formulate and execute the brand marketing plan;
7.Communicating the brand marketing plan to all department employees, ensure them to fully understand the role of brand team, and what’s going on towards total brand enhancement;
8.Providing the analysis of the results of the key marketing initiatives’ performance;
9.Managing and maximizing all the marketing partners, includes but not limited to PR, media and AD agencies, make full advantages of digital media and PR campaigns in a first priority strategy;
10.Consistently communicating the brand message, values and symbols with the most relevant marketing platforms that has the most impact to target consumers;
11.Providing marketing support with each subordinate brand to grow business revenue;
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
1.Minimum of 8 years working experience in brand and marketing communications role, with at least 5 years at a senior management level;
2.Working in big multinational FMCG, Fashion Deluxe companies, or international/national 4A PR film is essential;
3.Working in, or familiar with F&B, entertainment, leisure industry and strong network is a plus;
4.Fashionate, Imagination, creativity and strong sense in consumer’s insight, with the ability to lead up a new trend and nurture these qualities in others
5.Comprehensive logical thinking ability, data proven and result oriented;
6.Excellent persuasive and presentation skills; executive presence;
7.A change agent, who is able to manage ambiguity in situations where there may be several objectives and priorities, flexible and adaptable;
8.Sound people management experience, particularly in managing virtual teams;
9.The strength of character to make and implement difficult decisions, if required, collaborative yet assertive;

– 有独立建立生活时尚品牌形象的成功案例;
– 有支持业务部门稳步提升销售额的成功经验。
– 对时尚元素直觉敏锐,富有创造力,能够创造并引领时尚潮流;
– 逻辑思维能力强,善于捕捉行业数据,结果导向;
– 出色的中英文沟通水平,精通PPT,Excel,ted等软件;
– 有能力在集团总部层面领导充满活力的市场团队,积极支持子品牌及各门店业务发展。
基本薪资:25,000 - 30,000元/月+业绩奖金,条件优秀者待遇面议。
