职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责ERP系统的财务导入；
2、负责企业流程的分析，稽核。biz model的分析，帮他算出流程的。有效完成公司审计；
3、负责每月报表的及时性和准确性；
4、和China区其他工厂财务保持紧密联系，落实总部相关的要求和制度；
5、负责培训，完善团队建设；
6、和业务，资金，风控部门紧密沟通，在支持业务发展的同时，能贯彻制度，财务风控的有效实行，达到税控和财务指标；
7、完善，改进财务相关的制度和流程；
8、能及时反映最新的国家政策，税法，外管等政策。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，审计或财务管理相关专业；
2、七年以上工作经验，三年以上财务经理管理经验，良好英语基础；
3、诚实稳重、较强的协调、沟通和分析能力，文字表达能力强；
