Purpose of the Job:
To be responsible for A/P and ERP system maintenance.负责财务应付账款及ERP系统维护。

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Maintenance A/P module in ERP system维护ERP系统中应付账款模块；
- Check daily expense reports. 审核日常费用申请。
- Conduct account entry of expense. 费用入账。
- Perform bank reconciliations and responsible for petty cash management. 完成银行对账及备用金管理。
- Ensure the timely and accurate E-bank posting of payment application. 确保付款申请能够准时及准确的上传网银。
- Manage the finance filling. 财务档案管理。
- Claim the import/export transaction in Foreign Currency Bureau. 外管局申报进出口业务。
- Other requirements from superior其他上级布置的工作。

Qualifications:
- College or able, with a major in finance and accounting大专以上学历，财务专业。
- 1-2 years working related experiences 一至两年财务工作经验。
- Willingness to perform and result orientation有良好绩效，以结果为导向。
- Credibility 诚信。
- Integration and contribution in team 有团队奉献精神。
- Timeliness 有效。
- Chinese (Native speaker) English (good basics) 中文（母语）英文（熟练）。
