A. Overall Purpose Of The Job (Brief description of the primary purpose of this position)


· Supporting accounting manager on accounting, booking and tax.

· Process payments for Aspire business, posting into accounting system

· Handling staff T&E

 
 

B. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)


· Supporting accounting manager to manage the monthly reporting and tax

· Ensure payments for Aspire business are processed on a timely manner for all legal entities

· Be responsible for manage China Tax Fapiao printing / filing on daily basis
 

C. Job Profile

· Good team spirit and inter-personal communication skill

· Skilful to use Office software and accounting systems

· More than 2 years payment/accounting experience in foreign company or joint venture Company.
 

Required Qualifications (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job)
 

· Bachelor degree, majored in accounting
 

Required Languages (Brief description of the language skills needed to perform the job)
 

· Good Command of English (written and oral)
