1、 国外技术资料的整理、梳理
2、 国内技术需求的整理
3、 协助开展与重点目标交易公司的项目推荐与洽谈，协助设计交易结构
4、 开展相关关系维护工作
任职资格：
1、 拥有1年以上工作经验
2、 本科及以上学历优先
3、 拥有海外留学经历、境外工作经验或跨国企业工作经验者优先
4、 能够熟练应用英文进行书写及语言沟通
5、具有较强的主动性、进取心、学习能力与沟通能力
