职位描述：
1. 负责经销商和门店的对接，实时跟踪销量、库存（门店、DC库、经销商）数据统计及相关市场信息，定期上报。
2. 负责根据集团公司年度营运计划，编制所管辖分公司的年度、季度、月度营运计划，并负责宣导、执行、检核各项营运指标的达成情况；
3. 按计划完成月度常规门店巡检，整理货架，统计库存，订单追踪，促销执行监督等工作；
4. 配合促销、推广活动在店内的执行,实施公司品牌及产品市场推广计划；
5. 通过定期拜访与重点客户保持良好的客情关系，保障业务良性发展，解决客户投诉，提升客户满意度；
6. 协调并配合经销商销售团队，完成产品铺市，门店活动排期，进销存管理工作。

任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，有英语沟通能力更佳
2. 具备1年以上快消工作经验， 熟悉传统超市门店营运管理方式
3. 熟练操作办公软件和办公自动化设备，具有较高的工作效率
4. 具有坦诚、自信，高度的工作热情，有良好的团队合作精神
5. 良好的人际沟通、谈判能力；出色的语言表达能力与沟通协调能力
