职位描述：
1. POSITION PURPOSE

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Management Accountant is responsible for providing all kinds of analytical work to facilitate company business development, planning and analysing all kinds of resource for business operation, maintain and reconcile current business development database, translate business requirement into data analysis, dashboards, norms and matrix etc. develop model to support pricing strategy and other business decision.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION


Market & Tender Support:

? Opportunity / CRM information gathering& analysis.
Communicate with management and CRM administrator, ensure customer and opportunity information are correctly integrated into CRM.
? Generate and reconcile the opportunity pipeline analysis report, make sure the opportunities in CRM are in line with aligned business plan.
? Assist with SinoStruct Capability Statement, support the competitors, market, and policy analysis as needed·
? Investment analysis assistant in gathering information and analysing new capability establishment, including but not limited to office/work shop set up, fixed assets investment etc.
? Design and establish tender norms and matrix, provide compliance support for tender estimation, including payment schedule, guarantee proposal, cash flow etc.

Operation and Finance Analysis:
? Revenue /Sales forecast and analysis
? Work In Progress analysis for individual project and the company.
? Company level cash flow management, propose the cash in/out solution, highlight any risk in advance.
? Insurance& Security & Guarantee management
? Assist with annual budget building at company level etc.
? Plan the resource based on business outlook, including but not limited to labour resource allocation, workshop capacity etc.
? Communicate with management and compile the monthly operation report-ongoing
? Develop all kinds of model to facilitate company operation in China, especially on the import/export, flat rack management etc.
? Project Contract management, communicate with lawyer time to time, make sure the project contract terms are in comply with government and group policy, reduce the risk during contract performance.

Project Cost Control

? Proactively involve in bidding procedure, understand project products and cost element from very beginning.
? Working closely with Project Manager and Financial Manager to prepare project budget and cash flow forecast.
? Manages and monitors all kinds of project cost against the project budget.
? Develop and improve project cost pre-alarm system, advise any cost risk or saving opportunity to project manager and operation accountant in advance, keep reducing project overspend risk and improving project cost efficiency.
? Work closely with project manager and project engineer to identify any client variation compare with original contract, support managers to prepare variation claim and maintain client variation register.
? Work closely with project manager and project engineer to identify any subcontractor variation, advise additional subcontractor cost risk as early as possible, help PM and PE to maintain subcontractor variation register.
? Submits cost and trend analysis to the Project Manager and Operation Accountant for any project change.

Project Reporting/ Data analysis
? Develop and implement an internal project reporting mechanism. Report should assist Project Managers to manage projects, inform Operation Accountant of any issues, and dovetail with the Corporate reporting process.
Others
? Improve and streamline company analytical system for business development and daily operation.
? Pre-alarm any operation risk and propose the solution.
? Other ad hoc works.

3. COMPETENCY PROFILE FOR THIS POSITION

? Strong business and strategic sense, ability to translate business requirement into data analysis, dashboards, metrics etc. Business analysis model development are highly required.
? Excellent communication and analytical skill,
? Pressure taker and trouble shooter, time management and meet tight deadline requirement.
? Outstanding learning capability, dedicated worker.
? Proficient in Excel, PPT, Word.
? Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin.
