职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Candidates are part of the Technical Architect Group (TAG) under CTO office responsible for technical solutions and feasibility studies; preparing technical proposals and effort estimations as well as clarifying project requirements. TAG members work closely with Engineering, Pre-sales and customer in Server, Cloud Service, Mobility，and Telecom fields. Candidates are also responsible for system architecture design, hands-on prototypes and demos, and solutions to resolve system-critical technical issues.
· Design High-Level Requirements and Software Architecture
· Review Requirement Specifications and High Level Designs
· Meet with customers to clarify requirements and scope of work
· Support Pre-sales for technical proposals and effort estimation
· Work with Subject Matter Experts to perform feasibility study, prototype, and demo
· Provide solutions and technical decisions on technical issues for Engineering team(s)
· Facilitate emerging technologies and lead new technology initiatives
· Build customer confidence and facilitate business presence in new industry
 
Qualifications:
· Masters degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering or equivalent disciplines
· Strong expertise in server and cloud service development and deployment on Linux platforms. Windows platform knowledge is a big plus
· Strong expertise in telecom core network (PGW, SGW, HLR, HSS, SGSN) system design, development, and testing
· In-depth knowledge of major cloud service platforms such as AWS, Azure or Ali Cloud
· In-depth knowledge of major telecommunication technology such as GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, LTE
· In-depth knowledge of major databases such as MySQL, and Hadoop
· Extensive software development experiences and technical knowledge in Enterprise Server, Performance Tuning and Networks
· Proficient in Java, JavaScript, HTML5, and C/C++ programming language. Experiences with other programming languages such as Python and PHP are desired
· Critical thinking aptitude in gripping customer requirements and business needs
· Possess solid technical foundation and in-depth knowledge to understand new technologies and come up with feasible solutions
· Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills both in English and Chinese.
· Highly motivated to deliver results and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Ability to handle multi-tasks and stress in a dynamic work place
· Good interpersonal skills to deal with stakeholders internally and externally
